Elizabeth L. Bancroft has petitioned for reinstatement to Maine bar. Pursuant to M. Bar R. 4(j) and 29(f)(l), Bar Counsel has stipulated to Ms. Bancroft’s reinstatement, subject to the Court’s approval.
The Court has reviewed Ms. Bancroft’s Petition for Reinstatement and determines that the petition is in order and may be granted without a hearing.
Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED as follows:
Effective on the date of this Order, Elizabeth L. Bancroft, Bar #009947, is hereby reinstated to the Maine bar with all the rights and responsibilities hereto.
