This order replaces the order dated October 7, 2020, and corrects two typographical errors in that order.
Joan Friedman Cohen has petitioned for reinstatement to Maine bar. Pursuant to M. Bar R. 4(j) and 29(f)(l), Bar Counsel has stipulated to Ms. Cohen’s reinstatement, subject to the Court's approval.
The Court has reviewed Ms. Cohen’s Petition for Reinstatement and determines that the petition is in order and may be granted without a hearing.
Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED as follows:
Effective on the date of this Order, Joan Friedman Cohen, Bar #007474, is hereby reinstated to the Maine bar with all the rights and responsibilities hereto.
