ORDER granting without objection [16] Motion to Accept Resignation and Waive Disciplinary Hearing. Whereas the Respondent has moved this Court to accept his resignation from the practice of law in this Court and from the bar of this Court; and whereas the Respondent has knowingly and voluntarily waived his right to a disciplinary hearing under Local Rule 83.3(a)(4); the Court herewith GRANTS the Respondent's motion and accepts the Respondent's resignation as tendered. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondent is ineligible to seek reinstatement to the bar of this Court for a period of five years from the date of the issuance of this order.
