On March 28, 2019, a duly authorized Fee Arbitration Panel of the Fee Arbitration Commission of the Board of Overseers of the Bar convened to consider the controversy existing between the abovenamed parties as set forth in the Petitioner's Fee Arbitration Petition. The members of this Panel were Chair Michael R. Poulin, Esq.; Carrie Folsom, Esq.; and public member Cheryl Brandt. Both parties submitted written submissions including the Petitioner's Fee Arbitration Petition filed with the Board of Overseers of the Bar on 2/7/2019 and the Respondent's Reply filed with the Board on 3/25/2019. Based on these filings the Panel finds that Ms. Buccina has an unearned retainer balance of $500.00 and awards that amount to Petitioner.

The Award and Determination is in full settlement of all claims submitted to the Arbitration Panel.
