The undersigned constitutes a duly authorized Fee Arbitration Panel of the Fee Arbitration Commission of the Board of Overseers of the Bar, having been designated to hear the controversy existing between the above named parties in accordance with the provisions of the Petitioner's petition and the Respondent's reply. The parties appeared for a hearing on December 7, 2012, at the Penobscot Judicial Center, courtroom 303, in Bangor, Maine. Before evidence was presented, the parties were encouraged to discuss the possibility of an agreed resolution. The parties did so, and to their credit, resolved the matter. By agreement of the parties, Respondent is to pay to Petitioner the sum of$9,000.00 on or before January 4, 2013. Petitioner is to be personally responsible for any outstanding medical bills, whether arising from the incident which was the subject of the representation, or otherwise.

This Award and Determination is in full settlement of all claims submitted to this Arbitration Panel.
