Guardian Ad Litem Board
The Guardian ad Litem Review Board is an independent unit within the Board of Overseers to administer the regulation of guardians ad litem as defined in Maine Rules for Guardians Ad Litem. Comprised of twelve members, eight rostered guardians and four public members, the Review Board members are appointed by the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. Charged with enforcing guardians ad litem compliance with the Maine Rules for Guardians Ad Litem.
