Guardian Ad Litem Registration Fees Fee
Annual Registration Fee $100
Registration Late Fee $50
Reappointment following Administrative Suspension  
Administrative Suspension Reappointment Fee $250
Arrearage Fee: A GAL seeking reinstatement shall be assessed an arrearage fee equal to the total registration fees that the GAL would have paid had the GAL remained actively rostered in Maine during that administrative suspension period.
 
Reappointment following a Leave of Absence  

Leave of Absence Reappointment Fee

 $250
Arrearage Fee: A GAL seeking reinstatement shall be assessed an arrearage fee equal to the total registration fees that the GAL would have paid had the GAL remained actively rostered in Maine during the leave of absence period (capped at $500).
